YOUR DAILY ROUTINE WILL LOOK LIKE :
» Deliver engaging and informative training sessions in person or via virtual platforms.
» Develop comprehensive training programs for employees, retailers, distributors and installers on our range of floor covering products.
» Act as a technical resource for the sales team, providing support during customer presentations, product demonstrations and customer interactions
» Keep abreast of the latest technological advances and best practices in floor covering installation
» Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and after-sales teams, to respond to inquiries, complaints and installation-related issues
AND, IN THE PROCESS:
» Be available to travel as needed to provide on-site training, troubleshoot installation issues, and attend industry events.
» Keep accurate records of training activities, participants' progress and feedback.
» Perform any other related duties
Our dream candidate
» Has recognized professional training in a field related to residential construction, or in a related discipline
» A minimum of 5 years' practical experience in floor covering installation
» Bilingual (French - English)
» Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, video editing software and e-learning platforms
» Has attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
» Enjoys teamwork
